This week I feel fall in the air. Fall is my favorite time of the year. Comedian Iliza Shlesinger (my fav comedian and, coincidently, we share a birthday) says that it’s part of the contract for being a girl to love fall (check out the clip from Freezing Hot). I don’t know if I signed the contract, but I do know that both my mom and I love fall. From the pumpkin spice lattes to the fall festivals to picking apples to making chili in the crockpot, I love everything about fall!
One of my favorite parts of the fall season is running in fall races. In the summer here in Charlotte, NC, the races go on hiatus as the temperature and humidity hits all time highs. But beginning in September, races begin popping up around the region. I’ve planned out my races for this fall so I can make sure I keep up my motivation and maximize my participation in the fun events!
